To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk947 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk947 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, failures, or charges.

pk947's total liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your pk947 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

You may request the closure of your pk947 account at any time by contacting pk947 support. Upon account closure, any available PKR balance (excluding locked bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after the completion of any pending KYC verification.

pk947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; pk947 has reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; you fail to complete required KYC or AML documentation; or where required to do so by applicable regulatory requirements. In cases of account closure resulting from a player's material breach of these Terms, pk947 may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings attributable to the breach.
